Once upon a time there were two girls who loved their cats. They dreamt of a world of Egyptian cotton, crystal chandeliers, and French lavender bubble baths but found their penny jar to be on the half empty side. Then one day, these two resourceful dreamers emptied their pockets and set to work, creating their own world while refining their “champagne taste, beer budget” lifestyle.
